International orders usually ship from China. Delivery time may vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal volume.
Because Yizcho pieces are handmade, limited, collectible, made-to-order, or customized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product page, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue case by case.
For customized details such as fur color, markings, or eye color, we will confirm the details with you before production begins.
