Yizcho Island App Support
Need help with Yizcho Island? Email hello@yizcho.com. You can use the main Cat Card and Archive features without creating an account.
What to include
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The screen you were using and what happened.
- A screenshot if it does not include private information.
- For a physical-product order, include the order number but never send payment-card details.
Camera and Cat Cards
Yizcho Island needs camera permission only when you choose to record a cat. You can review camera access in iPhone Settings. Cat photos, Cat Cards, and the Cat Archive stay on this iPhone in version 1.0.
Accounts and deletion
An account is optional. If you created one, you can delete it inside the app under My > Account & Security > Delete cloud account. You can separately remove individual Cat Cards or erase the local Cat Archive from the My tab.
Orders and physical products
Physical-product availability and checkout are provided through Shopify in a system Safari view. For order or tracking help, email us and include the order number.
